Red velvet cheesecake Brownies

Ingredients:
  • 113 grams of butter Elle & Vire ,
  • 57 grams of chocolate N811,
  • 200 grams of sugar,
  • two eggs,
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Euro vanilla,
  • one and a half tablespoons of red color,
  • 60 grams of flour,
  • 1⁄4 spoon of salt,
  • 227 grams of Elle & vire cream cheese
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1⁄2 spoon of Euro vanilla

  1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare the tray with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate, stir to make sure they are mixed, and leave the mixture to cool.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and red color, and add the mixture of chocolate and butter.
  4. Add flour and salt and mix. We put two thirds of the mixture in the prepared tray.
  5. Mix the cheese mixture together and add it to the brownies mixture, then add the remaining third and try to make two-color waves.
  6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes
